Established in the year 2004-05 with small set up as an outsourcing job works unit SUMUKHA ENGINEERING a “ Precision CNC Turned Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Auto Components and General Engineering Components manufacturing company ” with a track record of satisfactory deliveries in terms of quality and quantities in mechanical machining and Turning areas achieved a name for themselves since Five years.

With the presence in Bangalore, hub for all major engineering innovations, Sumukha Engineering provides its products and services with at most quality and testing procedures.

With sufficient skills emerging out of our efforts and the gradual and reliable outsourcing position and growing volume of outsourcing in this field of job work has given SUMUKHA an opportunity to start new units at Jigani –Bangalore, two units at Mysore – in Karnataka and one unit at Coimbatore - in Tamilnadu to cater exclusively the Turning and Machining needs , This has been made possible through sustained application of Hi-tech machines and related toolings, amply supported by skilled manpower.

• To Increase export market by having exclusive EOU.
• To supply 100% Defect free components as per drawing and delivery schedule on time and every time.
• To achieve an increase of 30-35% turn over every year.
• To achieve 95% of planned production.
• Continuous up gradation of technology by inducing new machines, tooling and measuring and testing instruments.
• To have in-house training center to educate existing 150 operators and for the new comers so as to meet the demanding quality standards of the Industry.

Mission

• Add Hi-Tech machining facilities viz- CNC Turning centers, Vertical and horizontal Machining centers, Drill Tap centers CNC Grinders supported by the Heavy-duty center lathes, Conventional drilling and Milling machines besides auxiliary facilities.
• Achieve 100 PPM certificate.
• Achieve Zero-defect through skills training, process improvements, work discipline with Poka-Yoke.
• Practice Kaizen through personal interaction and incremental improvements.
• Waste elimination will be periodical exercise.
• House keeping system shall be as per “5S’ application.
